Here at Snug, I offer a variety of 1:1 tailored consultations to suit each family’s individual needs. I have personal payment plans available or PayPal Pay-in-4 option. I am happy to alter any package to suit your needs more specifically and all packages that include a phone call, can swap the phone call for a 30-minute coffee catch-up local to Albury/Wodonga if you wish. For Babes from 3 months through to 5 years.
This consult includes a complete, in depth look into your sleep situation. A tailored assessment specifically for your family and phone call to go through and discuss the assessment.

A following 21 days’ worth of unlimited support - via text and access to 6 phone calls during this time as well.

The Sleep Code Package

The Little Sleepy Head Consult

This consult is just a little less than “The Sleep Code Package” …

You still get a complete, in depth look into your sleep situation. A tailored assessment and plan going forward - specifically for your family.

And 14 days of unlimited text (only) support.

In-Home Consultations

The Star-Light, Star Bright Package

  • Option 1: During the day – at the beginning of a scheduled nap to help troubleshoot the nap settling and routines etc. We will go over the entirety of your little one’s sleep foundations.

    Option 2: 2hrs of Tam at the bedtime madness. If bedtime settling is your pain point and you really want some hands-on help, this is for you. I’d love to come help a Mama out.

  • Babe’s from birth to 5 years of age.

  • A full in-depth look into your sleep situation.

    A tailored sleep assessment personalised to your family which will reach your inbox a few days prior to my visit.

    2 hours in home visit at a time that suits you.

    A following 21 days of phone and/or text support.

The Goodnight, sleep tight Package

  • You have a few options here -

    Option 1:     5pm-midnight (if the first half of your nights are in shambles)

    Option 2: midnight-7am (for when the second half of the night falls apart)

    Option 3: You tell me when and I’ll be there.

  • All the babe’s. Birth to 5 years.

  • The same as my 2hr consult… All the things.

    The in-depth look into sleep for you guys.

    Personalized sleep assessment and plan - hitting your inbox a few days prior to my visit.

    7 hours of me in your home, helping, guiding, coaching or giving you the respite you need.

    And 21 days of phone and/or text support.

The Quick Fix Sleep Solution

  • This consult is only for previous clients or for Babe’s under 3 months old.

  • The name is pretty self-explanatory… It’s a QUICK FIX.

    It entails a 45-minute phone call to answer all your sleep questions specific to your Babe and help troubleshoot any area’s needed.

    Please note: This consultation does not include follow up support and no official assessment/plan included.

Additional Add-ons

Twinny/Sibling
Add-On

  • This option is for a second assessment.

    So if you have twins or another child that also needs some sleep help, this is the option you need to add in addition to the consultation type you would like.

  • It is an additional $119 on top of the consultation package of your choice.

    This allows me to get a separate in-take form, write out a separated assessment and then combine both your Babe’s plans together to ensure for smooth sailing in the weeks to come.

Additional
Week Support

  • This option is perfect, if you are nearing the end of our support together and you feel like there are just a few small areas you want to keep working on with me.

  • It is much the same as our support thus far. Via text/voice message and phone calls as per your preference.

Snuggle Subscription

  • This is a long-term subscription (3- or 6-month option) where you have unlimited access between 11am-11pm on my work days to help troubleshoot routines and ask any sleep questions as they pop up.

  • Unfortunately, not.

    My past Snuggle Clients get special treatment… And this one is just for them.
